Hello all,
I'm pretty much brand new to staining furniture and I have a hall tree project that I need to finish for a wedding present. I've come to realize that I have about a million different options but I'm not trying to get overly fancy for my first nice project, just something that looks nice when I'm done.
Im using red oak and I was planning on using straight arm r seal satin finish on it. Will this provide me a nice natural look without to much fuss?
My my second question is when I'm scuff sanding between coats do I need to do the entire project so it goes on evenly or just nibs/dust/uneven spots?
Thanks!
