Source for used Electric motors?

I recently scored (what I thought was a deal at the time..) a jointer that needs a NEMA 56 motor with 1.75HP.



Ive looked on ebay and see many "off brands" for around $200. My personal preference is to buy American made if possible



Does anyone know of a place that sells used leeson or baldor motors?

While on the topic. The jointer came with 1.75hp. Is there a reason I shouldn't upgrade it to 2 or 3hp?
