for sale is a rare piano makers vise . h.o.studley had one of these on his famous bench. rear jaw is steel and is usually applied to the bench. dovetailed with adjustable gib. heavy cast iron construction.weighs about 75 pounds uncrated. fast operating with massive handwheel. because of its weight i would prefer the vise to be picked up. if shipped it will have the cost of crating and handling added to the purchase price. $475 (picked up ). good condition as found .complete, no repairs, or cracks. original paint! location : central new york state.
