I've been digging through the Burt Group (http://ift.tt/1GpLiGn) web site and realized another firm they supply to (beyond Grizzly/Jet/Luagna). That is Penn State.
I found the Barracuda chucks there. Including, it appears, more accessories then PSI carries.
It also appears they are a source for the HSS tools often seen as imports.
